壹、經本系109-1-4系務暨課程會議通過（節錄）：

【提案八】

案由：有關本系碩士班暨碩士在職專班畢業門檻，增列學位論文相似度比對事宜，請討論。

說明：

一、教務處課務組於109年08月18日e-mail提醒，學術倫理乃近年來倍受重視的課題，本校圖書館亦己購置「Turnitin論文原創性比對系統」及「華藝文獻相似檢測系統」供師生免費使用，請各指導教授授及研究生多加利用。故本系於08月31日109學年度第1學期第1次系務會議討論研究所畢業門檻中增列學位論文經由比對系統檢測結果，決議如下：

（一）採用「Turnitin論文原創性比對系統」。

（二）學位論文相似度，系統檢測結果（不包含參考書目），未達20%（含）以下者方得畢業。

（三）自110學年度起入學適用。

二、109年10月14日本校本學期擴大行政會議中，趙校長表示，比對系統是提供各系辨別論文抄襲的輔助工具，主要還需靠指導教授的專業能力判斷，對抄襲情形嚴格把關。

三、教務處註冊組並於109年10月14日來函通知，經109年09月23日109年度第1學期第1次教務會議決議辦理，為落實論文學位品質機制，轉知本校研究所學生自110年1月起畢業之碩、博士班研究生應提交論文相似度比對報告。

四、研究所畢業門檻中增列學位論文經由比對系統檢測結果，如下：

（一）採用「Turnitin論文原創性比對系統」。

（二）學位論文相似度，系統檢測結果（不包含參考書目），未達20%（含）以下者方得畢業。

（三）即日起，須於學位考試申請時及畢業離校時，繳交二次比對報告，並經指導教授同意。【申請表如附件】。

決議：照案通過（研究所畢業門檻中增列學位論文經由比對系統檢測結果）。

Turnitin比對系統操作說明

Turnitin論文原創性比對系統 (須先向圖書館註冊帳號，詳見操作說明)

注意事項：

1. 首次使用本系統須先以Google表單向圖書館申請帳號，欲申請者請至下列網址進行帳號申請：https://forms.gle/nTA2czMoTyuC7oFL7 (請以本校電子郵件信箱登錄) 。

2. 帳號申請約需2~3個工作天。

3. 如有帳號問題，請洽圖資服務組：email：corp@ndhu.edu.tw；校內分機：03-890-6824。

 

 ※ Introduction：

Turnitin is an online tool that provides 'similarity' checking, and promote academic integrity, streamline grading and feedback, deter plagiarism, and improve student outcomes.
Please apply an account before using Turnitin.
※ Application Instructions

1. Apply for the account and password of Turnitin system of National Don Hwa University teachers and fresh graduates.

2. Go to the following URL and login with your NDHU email address to apply an account, then fill out the application form.

3. The application must be processed on the usual working day through manual confirmation of identity. A notification letter will be sent no later than the end of the next working day. Please be patient and pay attention to whether the notification letter is classified as spam by gmail !
